Get the work done!
Digest what you've learned and take time to apply it to your own setting.
Benchmark your intranet against other participant intranets in the context of what you've learned in the first two days. Talk about challenges and share ideas as you highlight strengths and weaknesses of your intranet. Get feedback, recommendations and ideas for improvement.
Get a head start by completing some of the tools provided. Instead of waiting until you return to the office - where the fires are waiting to be put out - work in the company of like-minded professionals to prepare resources to springboard your efforts.
All attendees will be asked to prepare and bring information about their organization and intranet (business goals, intranet strategy, current content). The more you bring, the more you accomplish.
