5 Core Elements of Intranet Management
Download Brochure

Join us for a highly interactive three days that demonstrate how to bring together the five core elements of intranet management to deliver not only a functional, useful resource for employees, but also a business-critical tool that delivers value and ROI, and drives culture change and dialogue

You'll walk away with:

  • An in-depth, holistic view of intranets and how they can make a measurable contribution to an organization’s goals and strategies
  • Insight into intranets at other organizations: what works, what doesn’t, and how yours stacks up
  • Constructive feedback, short-term tips and long-term recommendations for your own intranet
  • An actionable strategy that’s linked to your business objectives
  • 6 proprietary governance tools
  • A professional network of peers facing the same challenges as you
  • The confidence to manage your intranet with conviction and courage

"...a great course that covered the most important aspects of intranet management. It was a great forum to learn from an expert and to share best practices through group discussion and interaction. I left the course equipped to design an intranet strategy that will engage the audience and support my company's goals."
Janet Welsh, Canadian Tire Corporation

Get the work done!

Digest what you've learned and take time to apply it to your own setting.

Benchmark your intranet against other participant intranets in the context of what you've learned in the first two days. Talk about challenges and share ideas as you highlight strengths and weaknesses of your intranet. Get feedback, recommendations and ideas for improvement.

Get a head start by completing some of the tools provided. Instead of waiting until you return to the office - where the fires are waiting to be put out - work in the company of like-minded professionals to prepare resources to springboard your efforts.

All attendees will be asked to prepare and bring information about their organization and intranet (business goals, intranet strategy, current content). The more you bring, the more you accomplish.
